The ACQP Fire Safety group are managing this database to expose areas where incorrect works are being installed and a file sent to the main contractor for retifying.
You do not have to add your name or contact details and the form can be sent anonymously, however if you wish to have feedback on the progress of your reporting then you can add your email address.
The ACQP will never let those being reported know who reported them and your email will remain confidential and secure.
