The QualityMark Standard provides a structured framework for assessing organisations against quality management, competence, inspection controls, compliance, building safety, continuous improvement and evidence management.
Every organisation is assessed against six core categories with a maximum achievable score of 120 points and recognition awarded from Registered through to Platinum QualityMark.
QualityMark has been developed to recognise organisations that can demonstrate effective quality management, competence assurance, compliance controls and continuous improvement.
The scheme is suitable for contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers, housing providers, fire safety organisations and construction professionals operating throughout the built environment.
Assessments are completed through evidence review, documentation checks, declarations, desktop assessment and, where required, site audit visits.
Organisations are scored against six categories with each category carrying a maximum score of 20 points.
QualityMark organisations are awarded a level based on verified evidence and scoring.
