The Certificated course is designed for experienced construction and building safety professionals responsible for façade inspection, compliance, or reporting. This includes chartered surveyors, façade and building envelope consultants, clerk of works, QA managers, building safety managers, and asset managers. Delegates should have practical experience in construction or building inspection to fully benefit from the hands-on, risk-focused training.
Unlike generic training, this Academy is practical, applied, and built around real-world façade failures. It integrates fire compliance, water ingress, product documentation, and professional reporting into one structured pathway. Delegates learn to identify defects, assess risk, and produce defensible inspection reports that stand up commercially and legally, setting it apart from theory-focused or product-driven CPD courses.
Delegates who complete all five courses and pass the assessments receive the ACQP Advanced Building Envelope Inspector Certificate.
